If you love peanut butter you will want this recipe! These raw bites are perfect for a post-workout snack, satisfying a sweet tooth, and sharing with your little one! I decided to change up the original recipe because the peanut butter lover in me knew that this would be amazingly delicious! And, I was exactly right!
- 1 cup of Unsweetened Coconut
- 1/3 cup Almonds
- 1/2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. of PB2
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 4 Medjool Dates with pits removed
- 2 tbsp. of Honey
- 1 tbsp PB2
You may eat these at room temperature, frozen, or dehydrated. I love them frozen because it tastes like dessert!
This recipe makes 8 ping pong sized balls. I have been making double batches recently because you can freeze them and conveniently have some ready to eat at anytime!
