Can you tell that peanut butter is my favorite? I have another clean recipe for you that is perfect for an afternoon, evening, or just to snack on in general!
- 3 Cups of Rolled Oats
- 4 Tbsp. of Coconut Oil
- 4 Tbsp. of Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup of Honey
- 2 Tsp. of Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup of Coconut Flour
- 1/2 Tsp. of Sea Salt
- Optional: 4 Tbsp. of Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
I used my Ninja Smoothie attachment to blend the oats 3/4 cup of oats at a time. It was quick and easy to clean up!
Also, to mix the dough I used my Kitchen Aid Mixer. You could also use a hand mixer or even try using your blender!
This recipe was adapted and inspired from the Oh She Glows Cookbook by Angela Liddon. I didn’t have some of the main ingredients in my pantry, so I tried my own substitutions and it worked out wonderfully! If you try this recipe, let me know how it goes!
