Bump Watch: Week 9

Well, today is Tuesday and the last day for my 9th week of my second pregnancy. I normally do my pregnancy journal on Sundays, but I have been busy the past few days with my family and also, feeling quite nauseous.
How far along? 9 weeks!

Total weight gain: Haven’t stepped on a scale since I went to the doctor.

Maternity clothes? None so far. I did try on my maternity bras and they were WAY to big. My boobs were literally out of control before. Only time will tell if they will get like that again. I do think I am going to start sleeping in my maternity sleep bras which are like a sports bra but not? My boobs ache so bad when they are not supported.

Stretch marks? Nope

Best moment this week: Spending Saturday with my little family and my parents by going on a picnic at a local state park. The weather was gorgeous and we had a lot of fun enjoying great picnic food while embracing natures beauty. We also took a nice long walk and saw the marsh.

Miss anything? Being productive. I feel so lazy and seem to only get things done in short spurts or else I almost vomit right where I am standing.

Movement: Not yet but I have an intuition that I may feel something soon.

Food cravings: Chicken soup… I have not had any yet because its literally the high 80s here… I will have it though!

Gender: A mystery!

Labor signs: No.

Symptoms: Extreme fatigue and nausea. It feels like it’s never ending but I’m positive the end is near. I just do what I can and not over do it so I don’t make myself sick. Also, my boobs ache at night because there’s no support due the them getting pretty heavy. Like I mentioned above, I may have to dig out my maternity sleep bras.

Wedding rings on or off? On.

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy and moody. I’m only moody because I get frustrated that I get nauseous easily and can’t do as much as I would like to do.

Looking forward to: My doctor’s appointment Friday! I can’t wait to hear our snow bunny’s heartbeat!

Workouts: This is a repeat from last week but it’s what has been working for me recently. Aside from just short walks, I’ve been relaxing this week as my fatigue and morning sickness strike me down when I do too much. Can cleaning the house and chasing my toddler around the house count as a workout for now?

Other: I finished the new season of Orange is the New Black today on Netflix and that was a big mistake because I was bawling. I don’t know if I am the only one that got choked up or.. because it was sad and my hormones amplified my emotions. It was such a great season and I cannot wait til next June to see what happens! All I have to say is OMG!!!!!
