I have been a little behind recently with blogging. As my pregnancy symptoms change and my pregnancy progresses, I am learning to maintain balance in life with a toddle and hectic work schedules between my hubby’s and my own. Very soon, we will be on vacation soon and I hope to get back on track with my normal routine after I catch up on some sleep! Woohoo for being in the second trimester and hope that these symptoms get better!
How far along? 14 weeks!
Total weight gain: 7 lbs according to my weigh in from my recent doctor’s visit. I still weigh less than when I became pregnant with my daughter over 2 years ago!
Maternity clothes? Still wearing my maternity/nursing sleep bras to bed, sleeping with my belly wedge, and…. I broke out my Bellabands to hold up my opened pants or I use the hair tie trick because my belly is popping out where my pants button at.
Stretch marks? Nope
Best moment this week: Going to my doctor’s appointment with my little girl! She got to turn on and hold the heart rate doppler. She was so excited to help and hear the baby’s heartbeat!
Miss anything? Energy! I have been low on energy this week because of my work schedule and these darn headaches.
Movement: STILL waiting….
Food cravings: Chocolate.. specifically, Reese Cups
Gender: A mystery!
Labor signs: No.
Symptoms: Gahhh headaches again! I just want them to go away so I can do more again! When I have these headaches, I have to sit still or take a nap because if I don’t, they only get worse.
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Happy or moody most of the time: Moody lol.. headaches have had me in a funk this week.
Looking forward to: Being off from work and being on vacation together for a whole entire week!!!!
Workouts: Totally counting toddler chasing this week because she is just so full of energy.
Other: I hope to catch up on some sleep!
