Been a bit behind on posts recently this trimester but I am slowly catching up! There has been a lot going on with the holidays approaching as well as baby’s due date coming up!
How far along? 30 weeks
Total weight gain: 24 lbs according to my dietitian appointment. Lost 2lbs since I’ve been watching my carb intake.
Maternity clothes? Maternity/nursing sleep bras to bed, sleeping with my belly wedge, Bellabands, maternity shirts, maternity jeans, nursing bras, and maternity belt.
Stretch marks? Nope
Best moment this week: Enjoying time with our friends that started as a playdate then into a dinner with both our families!
Miss anything? Sleeping comfortably.
Movement: So much movement at night and when I am sitting down!
Food cravings: Nothing at the moment
Gender: It’s a girl!!!!!!
Labor signs: No.
Symptoms: Frequent urination, hard time sleeping due to being uncomfortable and I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes.
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Happy or moody most of the time: Moody
Looking forward to: My mom coming up to visit for the weekend.
Workouts: Prenatal yoga and a 30 day booty gain challenge on Instagram! Also, toddler chasing.
Other: I met with my dietitian and she gave me the levels that I’m supposed to stay within for my blood glucose as well as my target carb intake for each meal. She also told me that my sugar levels can also spike from stress and lack of sleep both of which I am totally guilty of recently. I have been doing well with the carb intake and it will be interesting to see how my levels are affected by food as well as stress.
