I can’t believe that it has been already a month since I’ve began BBG. I certainly feel much stronger than my first week. I can now do push-ups from my knees and 7 burpees in a row without stopping. I do miss being in great shape like I was last year around this time but I am working my way to get there again. I’m willing to do the work and feeling very motivated to getting back to feeling invincible.
I managed to get all my resistance days in again and basically counted my normal toddler chasing routine for LISS. I’m proud that I’m finding a balance with making time for myself to work on myself as a mom of two. Things will be interesting this coming week because of more equipment that is needed.
On another note, I’m realllllllly missing box jumps. I have the urge to just jump on my plyobox but I don’t think that I’m ready physically. Who knows, maybe I will give it a go this week? We will have to see.
