Summer is amost here and that means hot days and lots of sunshine! One of the things that I love about summer is all the cool treats we eat to cool off on a hot day! And, popsicles are one of those treats!I’ve been loving creating new recipes with my favorite protein powder by Protein Milkshake and thought why not make protein pops! I haven’t seen hardly any recipes out there, so I’ve taken the liberty of experimenting with some recipes. My first concoction are the Berry Protein Pops! (Like the name? I figure if I’m a pioneer in protein popsicle making I might as well come up with a catchy name.) It’s extremely delicious and you will fall in love with this healthy and cool treat! - 1 scoop of Vanilla flavored Protein Powder (I used Protein Milkshake's Cupcake Batter)
- 1 cup of Mixed Frozen Berries
- 1/4 cup of Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup of Coconut Milk
